WELDON CABLES PVT. LTD. is process of PVC Compound Resin and other Raw material put into high speed mixture. Then such mixture put into preheated extruded ( master batch where necessary ) through hooper . The PVC layers comes out through extruder head . The such layers pass through the water tank upto cutter machine for cutter in the shape of granules. Then such granules thereafter stored in empty / gunny bags . Such granules is thereafter used towards the manufacture of Electric wires & cables. We are manufacturing all type grades PVC .We are offering the best quality to attend customer requirement.

This Standard specifies the Physical and Electrical for PVC Insulation all type PVC

1 PVC Compound for insulation high Type A grade:-
General purpose insulation for maximum rated conductor temperature 70 o C intended for cables with rated voltage

2 PVC Compound for sheath high ST1 grade:-
General purpose sheath intended for used in cable operating at a maximum rated conductor temperature 70 o C

3 PVC Compound for Heat Resistance Type C grade:-
Heat resisting insulation for maximum rated conductor Temperature 85 o C intended for cables with rated voltages up to and including 1100 vollts

4 PVC Compound for Heat Resistance sheath Type ST2 grade:-
Heat resisting sheath for use in cables operating at a maximum rated conductor temperature 90 o C
